We also work with many affiliates, from escrow to inspectors, to repair and handymen to further assist you when needed. We are straight-forward, organized, and detail-oriented to make sure your transaction is smooth and closes on time.

As we have experience working in the legal environment we are comfortable with court timelines and are familiar with legal processes.
Ms. De Santos is Probate Certified and maintains a working knowledge of the Probate process. We have completed many property property sales in Probate Court. and can work closely with the court and attorneys of record. Ms. De Santos spent many years working in a major lawfirm as a Paralegal, and earned a B.A Degree in Legal Studies. As a seasoned real estate professional with legal training and experience, Ms. De Santos is specifically qualified to help homeowners in this area of real estate. We strive to use these skills to maximize the value of your property as we strive to provide you with a smooth transaction and close of escrow.

From what constitue costing costs to Probate Letters, to Living Trusts, we strive to provide the education you may want to keep you abreast of processes you may not be familiar with. Ms. De Santos is a experienced Educator and earned a Master's Degree in Education. Additionally, Ms. De Santos has taught real estate courses at a local college and for the past 16 years has taught professional development courses to Realtors, across the nation, for the National Assocation of Realtors.
